How It Works
Welcome To A Co-Z2 Boutique. Our goal is to provide our customers with affordable and trendy fashion that encompasses a wide array of styles hand picked by us!
Our business model is comprised of two parts: PRE-SALE and IN STOCK.
PRE-SALE means we take orders on our Facebook Group (ask to join A CoZ Boutique) on an item to gauge interest BEFORE ordering it from our wholesale vendor. By purchasing our hand-picked fashion items based on demand, we are able to keep our prices low and affordable for you. When buying pre-sale, you should expect a slight delay on receiving your item(s) of approximately two weeks on average. The pre-sale process has 4 simple steps:
1) When you order a pre-sale item through our online facebook group, you will be put on a wait list until orders are gathered (approximately 48 hours). You do this by commenting with the word "sold" and then your size and/or color on the posted item.
2) Once the order is placed you will receive an cart notification via email, messenger or text message. You must check out your cart within 48 hours to be guaranteed your item before it becomes unreserved and available for purchase on our website.
3) Once the item is received by our boutique, it will be processed and shipped to you or available for pickup within 2 business days. You will receive notification via email when your item has been processed. We've reduced our shipping fee to $4 per item flat rate to help offset the cost of shipping items individually.
* NOTE: If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified and a refund will be issued to the account from which payment was received.
OR, shop from our IN STOCK Collection via our website at www.acoz2.com. Choose from a wide array of items including extras from our pre-sales, items chosen specifically for in stock, and sale items. These items will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
*NOTE: You cannot combine a pre-sale order with an in-stock order.
Before your initial purchase with A Co-Z Boutique, you will be required to sign up/register an account. This is a one-time process. Once you register, you will be set up for quick cart checkout going forward. Any changes regarding your customer information can be made by editing your customer profile. To register for website purchases, click on the person icon in the top right corner of our home page at acoz2.com and you'll be prompted to set up your account. To register to shop our pre-sale items in our Facebook group you must do a one time registration with CommentSold. This can be done by commenting the word "Register" on our page or by using the link acozboutique.commentsold.com.
SHIPPING AND PICKUP
All orders can be shipped for a flat $4 per item fee. If you prefer to pick-up from our local boutique at 206 E South St in Manito, IL, or in Bloomington, IL @ 2804 Blarney Stone, simply put "Pickup" in your address field when registering.
You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receipt, unwashed and unworn. For sale items, all sales are final.
